Blennerhassett Family Crest

Blennerville House was the residence of the founder of Blennerville Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, 1st Baronet, he was living there as of 1783.  Here he lived with his wife, Millicent Agnes (Yeilding) while they raised their five children., and probably built it, though [Heritage Council, 2001] thinks it was built late 17th century - early 18th century, which would mean it pre-dates Sir Rowland.  Inherited by Arthur Blennerhassett prob. 1821, and then by the Chute family, sold by Capt. Richard Chute 1919, now the home of Johnson.
